Paul and his colleague have just transformed my lounge. I didn’t have a chimney so they installed a false chimney breast with oak beam and a log burner. It looks amazing. They turned up when they said they would and cleaned up everyday. He returned to show us how to use it when we were ready.

From the initial consultation we found Paul to be highly professional and clearly an expert in the work he does.
The installation was incredible. Each day Paul was punctual, obviously well organised, he and his colleague worked seriously hard and the end result completely exceeds our expectations - we knew it would be good but the workmanship is truly first class.
Upon commissioning the stove we were given a comprehensive talk through on how to use and get the best from our stove.
Communication and punctuality was second to none and we were very impressed with the clean up and the care taken to ensure minimal disruption to us and our neighbours during the work.
We would highly recommend PH Stoves, you will not be disappointed.

We are extremely pleased with our new wood burner. From the initial meeting with Paul it was very clear how professional he is. His knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. We arranged a date for Paul to install the new burner which coincided with us being on holiday for a week. I was quite happy to leave our key to the property with Paul whilst we were away.
When we returned from holiday the burner had been installed to a very high standard and furthermore the living room in which the burner was installed was left in a very very clean state.

WOW! What a fantastic service from Paul and Tom from beginning to end. I cannot praise the work carried out highly enough. Always arrived on time, constant updates throughout the work and Paul arranged for all the scaffolding to be erected for the chimney repairs (no one else offered this service). The stove is working beautifully and is keeping us nice and warm. Clear instructions given by Paul before we used the stove and he gave us some 'idiot's guide' sheets to make sure we keep using it right.
If you are thinking of getting a stove fitted then you really should use PH Stoves.They hoovered up every night and left the house nice and clean for them to start the following day. They even took the evacuation of Whaley Bridge in their stride (halfway through the installation of the stove) and then turned up the day after we were let back into the house to finish off! Amazing service and painless installation even though I work from home. Thanks guys!

If you are contemplating having a Stove fitted look no further than PH Stoves. From the first meeting with Paul,with regards to the job ahead and the choice of stove to the final signing of forms,the whole experience was brilliant.
Paul and Tom were punctual,courteous and truly proffesional.The lads worked tirelessly and kept us updated through out the job and at the end of each day left the property clean and tidy.
We cannot thank them enough for transforming our living room into a real cosy space,check them out.Not even being dive bombed by the local crows puts Paul or Tom off.

I cannot recommend Paul and Tom highly enough. They provided an outstanding and utterly professional service from quotation to completion of the work. Throughout they were timely, polite, hard-working and even came in under budget.
Paul was fantastic in identifying our needs during the consultation stage, he organised and efficient scaffolding service and both he and Tom completed the installation of a new stove and rebuilding of a chimney stack within four days, which was something I have to say I didn’t anticipate them being able to complete!
I wholeheartedly recommend Paul and Tom to anybody who is considering having a new stove or any building work completed as they are extremely impressive and a real pleasure to work with.

I only have good words to say about PH Stoves. Paul and Tom fitted my stove in good time, on the days they said they would, with cleanliness, efficiency and even left me a few biscuits once they had left! We were referred to Paul after having had our Chimney Swept, after I asked the Chimney Sweep who could I talk to, who was reliable and trustworthy. She suggested Paul. Paul was able to guide us to the most suitable size stove (KW) in terms of Building Regs and provided vaulable information on the types most suited.
Paul fiitted the Stove including lining the Chimeny and I have to say from the many tradesmen who have crossed my threshold this last year, I wish all were as competent, clean and professional as Paul. After contacting a few stove suppliers/fitters in the area, Paul was the most professional, knowledgeable and reliable, and so we chose to have him supply and fit our Stovax multi fuel stove. We are so glad we did and we are over the moon with the finished fireplace.

This is the first time we have used PH Stoves to have a stove and false chimney breast fitted with twin wall flue system as we had no chimney. We were very impressed with Paul throughout. From the start, Paul took the time to listen to what we wanted and gave us various options and advice, nothing appeared too much trouble for him.
Paul & Sean were on time, professional and worked really hard throughout the job and cleaned up at the end of each day.
At the end of the job he again took the time with us to go through how to use our new stove and assured us that if we needed any more advice, we just had to call him.

PH Stoves have carried out several major and minor jobs on my house including replacing our entire roof, rebuilding a wall, laying a large concrete slab, constructing a fence and many other smaller jobs. Prices quoted are very competitive, jobs are carried out quickly and efficiently and most importantly they cleaned up afterwards :-). I have no hesitation recommending Paul and his team to anyone and will be getting him back for more work in future.
